La musique des années folles

    November 15
The early 20th
century saw
an ongoing
expansion of
musical
language and
form, from
pre-war
Impressionists to the charged post war atmosphere of a century ago, a vibrant time described variously as the Roaring 20s, the Jazz Age and Les années folles. Works by Ravel, Canteloube, Poulenc, Fauré and others.
