Weekday Viewing: Wednesday November 12 (4:30 - 7 pm)

Come to the public viewing of Echoes of the Avant Garde, the November group art exhibition by members of the Heliconian Club. Inspired by the vibrant, unorthodox and sometimes scandalous arts scene of 1920s and ‘30s Paris, we invite you to meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments at this event.

Show Dates: October 30 ~ November 26, 2025

Opening Reception: Saturday November 1st (2 - 5 PM)

This visual art exhibition is connected to two other events at the hall:

The Music Section's concert "La Musique des Années Folles"

Saturday November 15th 2:30pm featuring works by various composers active in Paris at that time

Friday November 21 7:30 pm - In the Key of Cocteau - tickets

a screening of Jean Cocteau's surrealist film The Blood of a Poet with improvised, live musical accompaniment on. In the Key of Cocteau is a collaboration between the Toronto Silent Film Festival and North Wind Concerts with musical accompaniment to the film created by Ben Grossman, Alison Melville, Colin Savage and Deb Sinha.
